Mt. Washington School expects openings for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders into the School for Advanced Studies for the 2008-2009 school year. This program is designed to support and expand articulated Gifted/Talented programs in LAUSD. The Advanced Studies Program at Mt. Washington is a high-level academic program and serves to meet the educational needs of highly able learners within our local school community.

You do not have to live in the Mt. Washinton area; an SAS permit would allow you to attend. Transportation is not provided; carpools are encouraged. Information packets are available beginning May 27. Please stop by the school office to pick up the forms.
